Spiritual Psychology Training – Living a Soul Centered Life

A 6-Day Spiritual Psychology Program in Baja, Mexico

Do you ever find yourself asking:

  • How can I live with more ease and grace instead of struggle?
  • More self-acceptance and less self-doubt or emotional upset?
  • More meaning and purpose instead of feeling lost or stuck in circles?
  • An abundance mentality rather than lack and comparison?
  • Compassion instead of judgment—for both yourself and others?
  • Peace and harmony rather than racing thoughts and overthinking?
  • Genuine self-love rather than negative self-talk?
  • Fulfilling relationships rather than settling for less?

When we slow down and listen to the intelligence of our hearts and the wisdom of the soul, we can begin to take gentle dominion over the ego-mind. In doing so, true transformation becomes possible but rising above the dominance of the mind isn’t always easy. This spiritual psychology program is designed to support exactly that: nurturing your growth from the inside out. You’ll be guided by the inner wisdom of your heart and soul, learning to let the mind serve as a faithful companion, not the leader of your life.

This program is available for 55 hours of Yoga Alliance Continuing Education credit through the Subject Matter Expert pathway.

Spiritual Psychology – An Overview

This soul-centered spiritual psychology training is carefully curated to explore five realms of consciousness: physical, mental, emotional, subconscious, and soul. By learning and practicing a soul-centered way of being, you’ll connect more deeply with your true essence—which is love. Each day offers meaningful opportunities to explore and embody more compassionate ways of relating to yourself and others.

During this course, you will:

  • Work with and embody spiritual qualities such as Compassion, Acceptance, Trust, Surrender, Gratitude, Loving Kindness, Abundance, and Joy
  • Learn transformative practices including psychosynthesis, self-forgiveness work, exploring judgments and projections, visioning, and more
  • Explore empowering perspectives on co-creation, non-duality, and transcending ego-based consciousness

Each day includes:

  • Spiritual Psychology lessons and experiential processes
  • Journal prompts, yoga, meditation, and creative activities
  • Time for rest, reflection, integration, and free time for the beach, pool, hikes and more!

Held in a nurturing and loving environment, this Spiritual Psychology training invites inner alignment, meaningful connection, and spiritual depth.

Special Highlight: A group Seva (service) project with the local non-profit Grupo Madre Teresa, where we’ll prepare and deliver meals to local families in need. This is often one of the most touching parts of the retreat.

Testimonials:

I had such an amazing experience with Laina and the wonderful women in this module at Yandara. I have gained a wealth of understanding in not only myself, but with how to use the tools we were given to help others. I left a better person than I arrived, and have cultivated friendships that will last a lifetime! Yandara is magical, and will be a place I come back to again and again. I love you to the moon and back!

Angella J – Chicago, IL

The first time I met Laina at another retreat, I was at the lowest point in my adult life. Her retreat was a lifeline back. It helped me believe that I had everything I needed inside of me. This Spiritual Training program in Mexico really anchored that for me. Mostly, that I am worthy. I am abundance. Laina, you are the guru of Soul Centered Coaching. You will forever be my teacher, touchstone and trusted friend. I see you. You are a blessing and I am so grateful to the universe for helping us connect.
