This program will give you the tools you need to enrich your classes and deepen your personal practice. We work with Kundalini Yoga and QiGong to charge the body and breath. The Kundalini Yoga tradition includes many meditation techniques designed for specific results such as stillness of mind, abundance and prosperity, healing, chakra balancing, connection to your higher Self, and more.
Kundalini Yoga originally made it big in the 1960s and is now on the rise again in modern yoga circles thanks to its ability to energize, empower and balance both body and mind. Along with focusing on physical postures, Kundalini Yoga is designed to awaken and organize your energy to bring you to a state of greater awareness. It includes dynamic movement, powerful breath work, heart opening chants, and many sweet and deeply relaxing moments in between. In the process of expanding awareness, we will lovingly meet and attend to our shadows through the reevaluation of limiting thoughts and beliefs. Kundalini Yoga will add depth to your life and take your spiritual practice to the next level.
Experience how the sound of the gong can support your meditation. Gongs have been used for thousands of years to balance the nervous system and induce deeper states of meditation. A gong bath is a unique type of sound practice that involves using the sounds and vibrations of gongs to bring about deep states of rest and rejuvenation.
This 100 HR module is not a complete Kundalini Yoga Teacher Certification Program. It is a great addition to your 200 HR YTT and the perfect foundation for teaching Kundalini Yoga. You will learn many inspiring sequences and meditations that you can share with your students!
As an enhancement to your teacher training, we are offering Reiki Level I and II Certification on consecutive afternoons during the Baja yoga teacher trainings. Click the “Reiki” page for details.

At our Baja, Mexico location we offer a few different choices for accommodation.
The majority of yogis that attend our Teacher Training choose to stay in our deluxe tents. These are big tents that most people are able to stand up in. Each tent has a normal twin size bed and mattress, a small set of drawers and a lamp. Bed linens are provided, but we do not provide a bath towel. Comfortable and yet still close to nature. We like to call it luxury camping. For couples we can offer a larger tent with a larger bed. We have 6 bathrooms and 8 showers on our campus.
The Yandara cabana has a full size bed. This cabana does have a private bathroom.
