Lindsay Trostle Biography

  I have been teachingprivate lessons and substituting at two yoga studios in the area. I justcompleted a 300 hour training at Amrita Yoga in Philadelphia. I have beenteaching mantra and pranayama to employees at a center for helping the homelessmove off the street. I teach a class three times a week to university studentsat Villanova University.
